The Real Estate Industry Association through its Constitution is empowered to adjudicate on complaints and disagreements between Association Members.

The Association is also able to adjudicate on disputes between Association Members and their clients who have a disagreement on matters related to industry practice.

The Association is now also offering this service to the public so that in the event a document or dispute requires an independant expert to rule on matters relating to industry practice then the Association can provide a suitable person or panel to determine a resolution in these matters.

In all instances there will be a fee for the provision of this service.
